Selective Release: How Coaches Control the Visibility of Team Data
With the Teams Module, You Decide Precisely Which Content Appears on the Club Website
2026-10-21

Club websites thrive on current team information – yet not all data should be visible to everyone. The Teams Module in the Club Hub resolves this dilemma through targeted release control. Coaches work as usual in their PraxisFussball app: They maintain squad lists, match schedules, results, or photos directly during daily training. Crucially: No content leaves the app automatically. Only when a coach explicitly marks an entry – such as a match result or team photo – is it released. These selected contents are securely transferred to the Club Hub and bundled in the Teams Module. Thus, only coach-approved information appears on the club website. This protects private data and saves time: No manual transfer or duplicate maintenance is needed. The website stays automatically up-to-date without coaches relinquishing control. A team photo after a victory? Release it. Internal training notes? Remain in the app. This selective control makes the module the data-sensitive link between coaching work and public presence.
