Automatic Updates: How Club Websites Maintain Themselves

Club officials know the problem: match schedules change, squads are updated, results come in – and everything has to be laboriously maintained both in training apps and on the club website. The Teams module by PraxisFussball solves this duplication of effort through smart synchronization. Coaches work as usual in their PraxisFussball app and mark certain content such as lineups or match dates as shared. This data automatically flows into the integrated club website module without anyone having to enter it again.

The process is simple: After free registration, up to two teams link their coach apps with the club hub. Once integrated, the module then always displays up-to-date information. For example, if a coach changes the starting lineup for the next match, this change appears promptly on the club website. The same applies to match results or new dates. Crucially, each team manages its own data and only intentionally shared content is transferred. This way, the website always stays up to date without club staff having to switch between different systems or enter data twice.
