The Art of Hidden Presence

Holiday homes often become easy targets because their vacancy is obvious. SimLiveSecurity focuses on prevention through subtle deception: Instead of loud alarms, the system creates the impression of occupancy by deliberately imitating everyday activities. Crucial here are unpredictable light changes – not a rigid on-off pattern, but varying brightness in different rooms, as would occur if someone were moving through the house. Combined with subtle everyday sounds, this creates a natural illusion of presence. This method acts preventively: A house that appears occupied often deters burglars in advance. Additionally, a 360-degree camera allows viewing the interior remotely. Important: The system is a supplement and offers no guarantee, but reduces the risk by making the vacant property less visible. The art lies in the detail – the more unpredictable the simulation, the more convincing the illusion of everyday life.
