The House in Full View

Anyone who wants to keep an eye on their vacation home from afar will find a practical solution in SimLiveSecurity. The centerpiece is the 360-degree camera view: When properly installed, it allows for targeted views into the house – simply via smartphone or tablet while on the go. It works like this: The camera captures the entire room like a fisheye lens. You can then look around virtually as if you were standing in the middle. Practical for quickly checking if everything is in order – such as whether the patio door remained closed or if the plants need water.

This remote view is part of a larger concept. SimLiveSecurity focuses on prevention rather than loud alarms. The camera complements light changes and everyday noises that are intended to make the house appear occupied. Important: The technology requires thoughtful placement. Only when the camera is mounted centrally and nothing blocks it does it provide the full 360-degree view. Thus, remote control becomes not a stopgap but a reassuring tool – for all those who want to keep their second home under control even from a distance.
